In Parliament
Jayant Chaudhary has regularly stood up and passionately voiced his opinions in the Lok Sabha on various issues of significance. Through active participation in parliamentary committees, and on the floor of the house, Jayant Chaudhary has pushed for greater investments in agriculture, provision of infrastructure particularly in rural areas, food processing industry, research and education, and renewable energy.
He has spoken for implementing a policy shift in favour of the farming community of our country. Improving farmers’ access to markets and implementation of a trade and MSP policy that creates incentives for the producers to increase productivity have been raised repeatedly. His interventions have a strong focus on renewable energy and the challenges posed by climate change on our environment and economy. Issues related to social justice, transparency in Government, and constituency related topics have also been covered.
